Privacy Policy
This policy explains what 107key collects when you use the website, Telegram bot, and Mini App. 107key is a lifestyle sound-protocol product for adults (18+). It is not a medical service.
1. Data we process
- Telegram account data — Telegram user ID, display name, username, and language code provided by Telegram when you open the bot or Mini App.
- Usage data — keys balance, points, listen events, unlocks, referral codes, promo redemptions, and support tickets you submit.
- Device / session signals — a local device identifier and short-lived stream session cookies used to limit account sharing and protect audio delivery.
- Payment metadata — payment provider references, amounts, and status from integrated processors (for example YooMoney or Tribute). We do not store full card numbers.
- Technical logs — IP-derived region (when available via Cloudflare or similar), approximate geo for access rules, and security/rate-limit events.
2. Why we process it
- Deliver the Mini App, bot messages, and protected audio streams.
- Account for keys, points, referrals, and purchases.
- Prevent abuse (scraping, multi-device sharing, fraud).
- Apply regional access rules where required.
- Respond to support requests and operate the product securely.
3. Legal bases / consent
By starting the bot, opening the Mini App, or buying keys, you ask us to process the data needed to run the service. Where your region requires consent for cookies or similar storage, continuing after the in-app notice constitutes that consent for essential media-session and anti-abuse identifiers.
4. Sharing
We share data only with processors needed to run 107key:
- Telegram (messaging and Mini App runtime)
- Payment providers you choose at checkout
- Hosting / CDN / security providers for the website and API
We do not sell personal data.
5. Retention
Account and transaction records are kept while your account is active and as long as needed for accounting, dispute handling, and security. Stream tokens and media cookies are short-lived. You may ask us to delete or anonymize account data where legally possible; some payment and fraud records may need to be retained longer.
6. Your choices
- Stop using the bot / Mini App at any time.
- Contact support to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable.
- Clear local storage / cookies in your client to remove local identifiers (you may need to re-accept notices).
7. Children
107key is for users 18+. We do not knowingly serve minors.
