Terms of Use
These terms govern access to 107key — the website at 107key.com, the Telegram bot @key107_bot, and the Mini App. By using any of them, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.
1. What 107key is
107key provides somatic sound protocols that typically sound like white or pink noise. It is not a music catalog, streaming playlist, medical device, drug, or substitute for a clinician. Outcomes are subjective.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older. If you are under 18, do not use the service.
3. Accounts and access
- Access is through Telegram. Your Telegram ID is your account key.
- Keys are a prepaid session currency. Points may unlock protocols permanently per product rules shown in the app.
- We may limit devices, rate audio delivery, and block scraping or account sharing to protect content.
- We may restrict regions for legal, payment, or abuse reasons.
4. Payments
Purchases of keys or packs are processed by third-party payment providers. Prices and pack sizes are shown in the Mini App at checkout. Digital access is generally non-refundable once delivered, except where required by law or where we expressly offer a goodwill remedy (for example swapping session credit).
5. Acceptable use
- Do not redistribute, rip, or mass-download protected audio.
- Do not bypass paywalls, device limits, or geo rules.
- Do not use 107key to make medical claims or market it as treatment.
- Do not harass support staff or abuse referral systems.
6. Health disclaimer
107key is a lifestyle / biohacking-oriented sound tool. It is not medicine, not diagnosed therapy, and not a replacement for a doctor. If you have a medical condition, consult a qualified professional. Stop use if you feel unwell.
7. Intellectual property
Protocols, branding, site design, and software are owned by 107key or its licensors. A paid or free session grants personal listening access, not ownership of the files.
8. Availability
We aim for continuous service but do not guarantee uptime. Features, pricing, and catalog may change. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 107key is provided “as is”. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the protocols or inability to access the service. Our aggregate liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid us for keys in the 90 days before the claim.
